Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a prime location, easily accessible to explore La Rambla and provides a clean and lovely atmosphere. The rooms, while clean, lack noise isolation leading to disturbances from street noise. The dining options may seem a bit pricey, yet many alternatives are available nearby.
The hotel's location is perfect for those who enjoy being close to the busy Ramblas and the vibrant market atmosphere. The staff, particularly Samba at reception, were very helpful and friendly. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the room conditions were not ideal.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the places of interest, and easy to reach from the airport. However, the dining options were not that great, and the room heating was not available.
The hotel was very noisy due to ongoing building work next door, no TV signal, a broken coffee machine, and dangerous kettle. The room was old and stained, not worth the high price. On the bright side, there were tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, even at this time of year.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the best, with a strong unpleasant smell and a lot of noise coming in from outside due to poor insulation. However, the service was top-notch, especially from Szylvia, who was professional and courteous. The location was fantastic, close to all the sights we wanted to see, but the dining experience was underwhelming. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel is not recommended for working from the room due to poor noise isolation and darkness, but the staff is attentive and friendly. Close to Las Rambla with safety considerations and variety of dining choices. Standard dining options at a bit high price but enjoyable pool on the roof.
